A maintenance contract is an agreement that we are obligated to provide you effective PC & network hardware repairs within the quickest response time. In addition, it is an alternative for any organization to share its operation risks with their service providers of possible, unexpected and high cost hardware repairs on PC or network system. It is purchases of promises that one-year coverage of repairs at a known, pre-arranged prices for specific pieces of hardware, computer system, and/or file-server etc. is going to be given.

Our technicians will proceed physical diagnostics on your equipment covered by the maintenance contract in order to ensure everything is operating properly on or before the effective date of the related contract. Basically, we expect clients will notify us for any known problems of the equipment such as intermittent problems that may not be possible to find out during that diagnostic-test.

The total cost of the maintenance contract will be estimated based on the type and value of the machines and optional/ additional hardware installed. Maintenance contract for any organization inside mainland China (PRC) is also available.
