Our engineers are always ready to assist the front-end-users of our clients in order to solving their operational problems regarding application software and the back-end administrators to solve their internal problems for both software and hardware. These services can easily be delivered via Hot Line Service and/or On Site Service.
 

Hot Line Service
 
During our office hours [9:00am to 6:3pm (Mon-Fri) & 9:00am to 1:00pm(Sat)], qualified engineers or support technicians will be arranged for any telephone inquiry relating to installation and troubleshooting. Customers can also take another alternative to send us your question via e-mail. And our response for e-mail inquiry will normally be made within four business hours.
 

On Site Service
 
Qualified engineers with comprehensive experience will co-operate with our client in all setps for successful PC or network installation.
